"My friendship with sports is not at all similar to Pedan’s, but, rather, typical of most Ukrainians. The word "sport" reminds me of difficult competitions in which I am unlikely to win, so why should I even try...

But years of involvement in the project [here you can make a link to the page where the entire educational program will be posted] showed that physical activity (an expression that does not scare me as much as "sport") is essential for our bodies, our children and parents not only on a physical, but also on a psychological level.

How I sustain physical activity in my life:

• do morning exercise – at least 10 minutes. It can be anything: strength exercises, stretching, yoga, dancing. Just do something that suits your mood;

• play active games with children. Don't buy a new uniform, buy inventory. You have nothing to be ashamed of with the kids, just play and enjoy the game;

• change the sports, especially for children. It will stimulate greater interest. Don't restrict yourselves. Children love to explore the world, so learn new active games together with them.

During the war, it is very difficult to find the will and the time for physical activity. Keep in mind the WHO slogan "every step matters", do regular physical exercises of varying intensity therefore it will reduce anxiety and signs of depression.

Let's play interesting active games together and increase the resistance of our body! Our country needs us to be strong!"
